Eduardo Mejía
Area Manager | Director of Communications and Human Relations
Attorney and full member of the Lima Bar Association, Registration No. 29971. Accredited as an Extrajudicial Conciliator by the Ministry of Justice, Registration No. 002739. He has completed postgraduate studies and has more than 30 years of experience in Public Administration.
He has participated as a speaker and lecturer at various academic events and was awarded the Law Medal by Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University in March 2003. He is also affiliated with the Graduates Association of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University.
María Morosini
Attorney and member of the Lima Bar Association. She has a strong academic and professional background, including legal studies at the University of San Martín de Porres, a Master’s degree in Parliamentary Management, specialization in Business Administration, and accreditation as an Extrajudicial Conciliator.
She is also an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor in Management Systems and has more than 38 years of experience at the Congress of the Republic of Peru, where she has served as a Parliamentary Specialist.
Carlos Chisán
Criminal lawyer specialized in criminal investigation, criminal prosecution, and oral litigation. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Procedural Law and also has experience as an investigative journalist, having worked with major Peruvian media outlets such as Caretas, Correo, and El Pueblo in Arequipa.
He is the founder and director of various newspapers and magazines in southern Peru and currently serves as director of the fortnightly publication El Patriota, regional edition of Puno. He is also the author of Los Zarpazos del Gato (2004), La Conexión (2003), and La Danza de los Fantasmas (2009), and has completed studies in Political Marketing at the South Institute of Arequipa.
Roberto Elguera
Economist with professional experience in economic analysis and advisory services, contributing financial insight and strategic support to the multidisciplinary services offered by SOSLEGAL WORLD.
