Carlos Chisán
Criminal lawyer specialized in criminal investigation, criminal prosecution, and oral litigation. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Procedural Law and has experience as an investigative journalist with major Peruvian media outlets, including Caretas, Correo, and El Pueblo in Arequipa.
He is the founder and director of newspapers and magazines in southern Peru and currently serves as director of the fortnightly publication El Patriota, regional edition of Puno. He is the author of Los Zarpazos del Gato (2004), La Conexión (2003), and La Danza de los Fantasmas (2009), and has completed studies in Political Marketing at the South Institute of Arequipa.
